Before and after treatment tips
To get the best possible results from your Sun Lust Spray Tan, we recommend you follow these steps before and after your visit.
Before your Sun Lust Spray Tan
- Exfoliate your body to remove any dead skins cells; this will help create a more consistent application in areas such as knees and elbows or other dryer areas of the body.
- Shower beforehand with soapy water to remove any excess oils for the skin.
- Remove all moisturiser and make up to ensure the tanning applies directly to the skin.
- Wear loose fitting clothes to your appointment so the tan does not rub off. Some clients may find the product transfers onto certain fabric. Wear dark coloured clothing to minimize transfer; however, the tanning solution should wash off most fabrics.
After your Sun Lust Spray Tan
- Avoid showering, exercise, rain or any other excessive moisture on your skin for at least two hours after the express treatment and four hours for the regular treatment, for best results leave your application on until the following day.
- Do not exfoliate your skin until your application has worn off. Exfoliating will shorten the life of the application.
- Moisturise your skin once a day to keep it hydrated.
